This was the first piece of the love movement capsule. I really took a step back and asked why I had been so unhappy lately.. was it because I was making things I didn’t believe in? Was it because I felt some sort of guilt for cutting up someone else’s work? I’m not sure. So- I decided to start developing my own textiles just as the makers of the hundreds of tablecloths and coverlets I’d bought over the past 5 years have.

White Pima cotton with 1880 French ticking cotton hand stitched.

  • Dress shirt collar with collarstand

  • Split side seams at hem

  • Mother of pearl buttons

  • cropped body

Please note that all textiles used are 50 to 125+ years old and may contain irregularities and/or areas of irregular color. All stains and fabric imperfections have been treated by us to the best of our ability and are common with vintage and antique textiles.

1/2 Chest: 21.75”

Front body length from HPS: 25.5”

Across Shoulder: 18.5”
