Harlequin Diamond Shirt - Men's Generous Medium

$207.34
Out of Stock

This textile is one of my most favorite textiles that I have ever come across. I bought it and a lot of 7 yards and while it was very narrow in width, I was able to squeeze two garments from the textile. It is from the 1940s and has a printed harlequin diamond pattern printed over a cotton feed sack base.

The original tag for the fabric cutting was left on the yardage that I received and was $19 per yard. That’s $133…seems a little high for the 1940s.

The convertible collar is an irregular shape. The base of the fabric is actually an off-white cream color and the diamonds are more of a coral red. All buttons are mismatched wooden buttons from the 1950s.

Please note that all textiles are 50 to 75 years old and may contain irregularities and/or areas of irregular color. All stains and fabric imperfections have been treated by us to the best of our ability.

  • Model pictured is 6’1” and typically wears a size medium.

1/2 Chest: 23 1/2”

Front Body Length from High Point Shoulder: 28”

Shoulder seam: 7”

Sleeve Length: 9”

Across Back Shoulder: 20”
